Ignite Youth Weekend Away 2024
Photography Policy  

During the weekend we will take some photographs and videos of activities  which will include the young people. The intention is to use these to communicate to the wider church what has taken place during the weekend.  These will not be live streamed or placed on the Newbury Baptist Church website, or in the weekly news update.

Individuals will not be identified by name.  
Following the communication with Newbury Baptist Church, all images will then be destroyed.
We are aware that the young people themselves like to take videos and images which they share between themselves. Newbury Baptist Church has no control over these images.
If any young person or their carer wishes to withdraw their consent at any time before the images are used, please email the Ignite Team.
